The symposium is accompanied by a commercial exhibition which is open between 17:00 on Wednesday 4th September to 14:00 on Friday 6th September 2013. Exhibition space is free to corporate members . To non-members a fee applies.

Each year The British Cartographic Society (BCS) requests support from its corporate members in the form of sponsorship for the Annual Symposium.
