Lovell Johns - Digital Cartographer, Oxfordshire

Lovell Johns provide mapping services in the form of paper maps, web solutions and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

We are currently looking to strengthen our team of Cartographers to capitalize on considerable market opportunities and to expand our provision of services.

Reporting to the Publishing Manager, your key task will be to work within the current publishing team on a number of prestigious projects, often to tight deadlines.

We are looking to recruit a hands-on, hardworking individual with Mac DTP experience. Proven cartographic skills, and working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop within a drawing office environment are essential. A good eye for detail and quality is also expected. Experience of cartographic editing, as well as knowledge of PCs and GIS would be an advantage, as would design and ePublishing experience.
