Since our company was founded in 1996 it has been one of the developing Smart Companies in Hungary, within the profile of mapping and graphic design. Instead of industrialized production our main aim is quality individual work such as city maps, eco-tourist maps and special and individual maps focused on nature conservation. In order to have the possibility of creating the most varied kinds of maps, we have been successfully cooperating not only with Hungarian but also with international mapping firms and publishers. After winning the first prize in the annual national exhibition ‘Beautiful Hungarian Maps’, our company decided to take part in the Stanfords Award for printed mapping announced by the British Cartographic Society in 2008. Our entry with the ’Fishing Map of the Ráckeve Branch of the Danube’ was recognized with a commended certificate (joint 3rd place) for this award. See more about the commended entry. Connecting maps with graphic design has always been emphasized by our company. In recent years this activity has developed as a separate service provided by us. Since 2000 we have also been concerned with nature conservation and has been tending towards professional nature photography. The topic of our photos is primarily from the field of botanic values. This activity provided the opportunity to publish a book in 2004 with the title of ’Vizek, kövek, levelek’ (’Waters, Stones, Leaves’) including several photos of the secret and undiscovered Hungarian natural resources. In 2006 our services were widened with GIS and CAD systems. Our company is committed to the goal of sustainable development and is looking forward to providing services for customers in the European Union.
