The British Cartographic Society Annual Symposium held from Wednesday 13th to Friday 15th June 2012 at Basingstoke Country Hotel, Hampshire.

Addition to the 2012 programme: As Supporters of the London Mapping Festival 2011-2012 both BCS and the London Transport Museum are keen to offer events to a wider audience. With this in mind we are very pleased to announce:
London Transport Museum’s Head Curator, Claire Dobbin, will be giving a FREE talk that is open to anyone, irrespective of whether they have registered for the BCS Annual Symposium or not.
The British Cartographic Society’s Annual Symposium is an established three-day training event that provides delegates with the opportunity to gain mapping knowledge from a wide range of world class presentations and interactive workshops. This enlightening three-day event attracts specialists from private, academic, and government organisations whose common interest lies in using and promoting maps as a valuable communication device. It provides both a valuable and enjoyable opportunity to learn and share information about recent projects, join focused discussion groups and network with colleagues and experts sharing the same interest.
To register your interest in attending the 2012 event please Contact Us
