Job Description
An experienced GIS specialist capable of producing high quality cartographic output, with a sound understanding of data creation, manipulation, analysis and management processes. The individual must be proficient in the use of ESRI ArcGIS and graphics software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
Applicants selected for interview will be required to demonstrate a portfolio of work.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities:
Designing maps, graphics, illustrations and layouts for a variety of purposes (consultations, publications, interactive web media, presentations), in order to meet the needs of the LOCOG Transport team and the wider LOCOG organisation.
Carrying out spatial analysis tasks.
Ensuring the effective capture, management and documentation of key spatial datasets.
Coordinating the integration of CAD and GIS format datasets.
Interfacing with key stakeholders to enable efficient data sharing and cooperation.
Adhering to relevant brand guidelines and standards.
