Location Technologies Masterclass announced at City University
London, Tuesday 16th June 2009
The giCentre at City University London announce their summer Masterclass on Location Technologies. This one-day Masterclass will offer participants a comprehensive vision of where LBS, sat-nav and mobile GIS are headed in the next 5 years and will cover positioning, geo-content and business models for location technologies.
Participants will also be able to take part in a practical session to build their own location-sensitive mashup. The Masterclass will be taught by Prof Jonathan Raper and Dr David Mountain and will be held at City University's state-of-the-art facilities in London's Clerkenwell district.
