Approx. 1,200 sheets. Some original maps of Portsmouth. Tithe apportionments, and estate maps concerning local landed families (18th-2Oth centuries). Copies of Portsmouth maps held by British Library (l6th-2Oth centuries). OS 1:2,500 and smaller scale maps for the Portsmouth area (some 1:2,500 with Gas Board and Water Company mains drawn in). 1:500 of old Portsmouth and Southsea.
