BCS corporate members Steer are welcoming all from the geospatial and mapping community to get together for GIS day! This will expand our collaboration from the recent #carto22 conference into a hands-on, data delving, mapping adventure to create some maps for the amazing #30daymapchallenge.
With agreement from Topi Tjukanov, we will have our conference theme of Movement on the #30daymapchallenge list for after this date so we can share our creations – plus we can look at other themes, or maps created so far that month.
Steer’s Geospatial and Design team including Clare Seldon, Oliver Russell and Tim Goss, who spoke at last month’s conference, will lead the event in-person to explore themes together and work collaboratively to develop ideas and new ways of visualising data.
